CPO advice to the London Development Agency on land acquisition and business relocation issues in east London
Disposal advice to PSA Peugeot Citroën on the unconditional sale of its 140-acre Ryton Works factory; end uses are likely to include distribution and medium term residential potential – in addition, the successful conditional sale and lease back of part of their 83-acre Stoke Works site in Coventry; end uses will include up to 1,700 homes, a new local centre and a new 110,000 sq ft headquarters and 60,000 sq ft technical centre for Peugeot
Unconditional sale of a 7.5-acre former brewery in central Manchester for InBev UK for employment-led, mixed use development
Part of the team providing due diligence on the successful purchase of the Severn Trent property portfolio by Pro Logis in 2006, the acquisition of Wickes by Travis Perkins in 2005, and the acquisition of NCP car parks by RBS in 2002
