Throughout his career, he has specialised in providing valuation and development advice across the full spectrum of the leisure industry. He has particular experience in dealing with large-scale individual businesses within the leisure and sporting sectors as well as a specialism within the health and fitness and visitor attractions sectors

Advising the Lawn Tennis Association on the valuation, marketing and disposal of The Queen’s Club
Providing valuation advice to the All England Club at Wimbledon
Valuation advice for company accounts purposes to Whitbread PLC on the UK portfolio of David Lloyd Leisure, leading to the successful disposal of the company
Advising Nomura and St James Capital Group on property and valuation matters throughout their £245m acquisition of Earls Court and Olympia
Advising British Waterways on property matters throughout their joint venture initiative to establish the Waterside Pub Partnership with Scottish and Newcastle Pub Company
Advising The Crown Estate on a long term development and estates strategy in respect of the various legal interests and occupations of The Old Deer Park in Richmond, including three national league rugby clubs and a number of other sports clubs and leisure users.
Retained as adviser to a number of major theme park operators, including Aspro and Merlin Entertainments, which includes the former Tussauds Group and Legoland, on rating matters; providing strategic and valuation advice relating to major theme park development proposals
Rating advice on a number of major leisure and sporting venues including The Dome/ O2 Arena, London Eye, Windsor Castle, Wembley Complex and Silverstone Racing Circuit
Capital valuations for company accounts, loan security and acquisition purposes on a wide range of property including public houses, hotels, nightclubs, cinemas, health clubs and greyhound stadia throughout the UK and Channel Islands
