David Stanton

David is head of finance based in Welbeck Street and is responsible for the firm’s financial planning and management. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1982 with the London firm of chartered accountants, HW Fisher & Co.
Specific experience
On leaving professional practice in 1984, David worked for design consultants, Fitch plc, and Thorn EMI plc, in financial management and IT roles. From 1990 he was with St Quintin, property consultants, until the firm’s acquisition by Insignia Financial Group in 1999 when it was merged with Richard Ellis (now CBRE). Prior to joining Gerald Eve, he spent the previous seven years within the not-for-profit sector working with boards of trustees in strategic and operational roles.
