JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. – ongoing proactive asset management of 200.000 sq ft at One Angel Court, EC2 involving lease re-gearing, lease renewal and new lettings on a variety of sub tenancies.
Kaplan – providing and coordinating real estate advice across their national portfolio of educational and office facilities. Includes reporting to Kaplan's real estate team and financial controller.
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken – providing property advice across their Central London portfolio including the disposal of 35,000 sq ft at their headquarters building 2/6 Cannon Street, EC4, the acquisition of 40,000 sq ft at 88 Wood Street, EC2 for a dedicated trading facility, and managing the sub tenancies at 26 Finsbury Square, EC2.
OMX Group – advising on the sub letting of 7 floors totalling 49,000 sq ft at 131 Finsbury Pavement, EC2 and providing/implementing strategic advice to minimise future letting voids and accounting provisions.
ABSA Bank Limited – providing marketing and disposal advice resulting in the letting of their 15,500 sq ft UK headquarters at 75 King William Street, EC4.
Nikko Global Asset Management – acquiring 6,500 sq ft at 1 London Wall, EC2 for their new UK headquarters.
