Fiona O'Callaghan

Fiona is head of our marketing and business development team, based in the West End. She joined us in January 2001 and has more than 15 years’ experience in property research and marketing, having previously worked at Savills.
Heading up a team of eleven, Fiona is responsible for implementing the firm’s strategic plan and business targeting initiatives. Her responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities
Evolving a marketing strategy to exploit the competitive strengths and awareness of the Gerald Eve brand through a variety of media including advertising, printed brochures, website, recruitment literature and events
Co-ordinating and managing the process of major pitches and proposals, from initiation to implementation, working with the client partner and other team members as appropriate
Working with other members of the team to implement marketing communication initiatives including client seminars, newsletters and webinars
Tracking developments in the relevant market or industry, understanding competitive and client-specific issues, trends and intelligence
Developing business plans which deliver growth by identifying key clients, key targets, priority sectors and activities which drive focus on revenue generation and profile
