Harvey is an associate in our landlord & tenant team, based in Birmingham. Whilst specialising in landlord & tenant work, he also has expertise in property asset management and experience in a range of diverse property portfolios and commercial property types. Before joining Gerald Eve in 2005, Harvey worked for DTZ Debenham Tie Leung.
Specific experience
Landlord & tenant – in the West and East Midlands regions, although he has previously undertaken work in Wales, London, the Home Counties and the North – current clients include: Pizza Express, Brakes, HSS, BSS, Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Veolia, ISIS Equity Partners, the Co-operative Group, ATS Euromaster and the University of Warwick
He was appointed on secondment for seven months to act as Group Property Manager for ATS Euromaster, meeting an important asset management need and gained a useful insight into the client’s property needs from the inside.
Some previous clients include – Standard Chartered Bank, Richardson, Sutton Coldfield Municipal Charities, Universities Superannuation Scheme, Deloittes, Royal Sun Alliance and the Sellar Property Group
Harvey is the West Midlands educational officer for the Matrics Organisation – formerly known as the Junior Organisation of the RICS. He has initiated and implemented a Mentor Scheme for students studying for a Masters in Estate Management, in partnership with Birmingham City University (BCU) (2007).
