Acquisitions
Kaplan Financial, the financial training company – Isabel provided advice on the lease re-gear of White Lion Street and the acquisition of 9,500 sq ft at Angel Square, Islington; Isabel recently acquired 11,000 sq ft at Finsbury Tower, Bunhill Row for their new financial training centre and negotiated terms for the acquisition of 3,600 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation in the City core for their financial markets business.
Cofunds - Isabel is currently providing strategic relocation advice to Cofunds for 40,000 sq ft in Chelmsford and has recently negotiated a lease renewal on 10,000 sq ft at their London headquarters at 1 Minster Court, EC3.
Infinity Capital Markets - An acquisition on behalf Infinity who renewed their existing lease and acquired an additional floor at Salters Hall, 4 Fore Street, EC2. This was an off market opportunity.
Boltblue – she successfully negotiated the surrender of Boltblue’s lease at 50 Cannon Street, EC4. In exchange for a small premium Boltblue extinguished all liabilities, including any dilapidation payment.
Disposals
Standard Life Investments – providing agency advice in relation to the redevelopment of
95 Gresham Street, EC2 comprising 93,000 sq ft of which completed in June 2010.
Swiss Re – Isabel was involved in the successful lettings of the 15th, 14th and 3rd floors of the landmark building, 30 St Mary Axe, EC3 comprising 45,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation.
J.P.Morgan– providing on going asset management and letting advice on 200,000 sq ft at One Angel Court, EC2; she is currently marketing space within the tower and podium floors of this prominent City core building.
Natixis – on behalf of the bank Isabel negotiated a letting to a trading firm for 5,000 sq ft at their headquarters in Cannon Bridge House, EC4.
Scandinaviska Enskilda Banken – providing strategic letting advice on the disposal of 13,000 sq ft within their London headquarters building at 2-6 Cannon Street, EC4
