Lisa is a chartered town planner and partner in Gerald Eve’s planning and development department. She specialises in advising clients on central London development projects. Lisa was a founding partner of the central London planning consultancy Moseley & Webb. Moseley & Webb merged with Gerald Eve in September 2007.
Lisa has extensive experience in the central London development market, advising on development opportunities, formulating development concepts, co-ordinating town planning submissions and advising on implementation on central London sites. This includes resolving urban design, conservation and land use issues and managing the process of securing the optimum planning permission. She also advises the City Property Association on planning matters and sits on the City of London’s planning user groups.
Gerald Eve’s planning team are winners of the London Planning Awards for Best Private Sector Planning Organisation.

Lisa advises on development schemes across central London including:
Camden – advising on large mixed use retail, office, residential and leisure schemes throughout Camden for clients including Legal & General, Hines, Arup, Chelsfield and Ocubis. Projects include Central St Giles, Chichester House, Arup’s new HQ, 150 Holborn and Camden Lock Village.
Westminster – advising on large scale mixed use schemes comprising office, retail, residential, leisure and hotel uses in the West End for clients including Land Securities, Legal & General, Scottish Widows and Frogmore. Projects include Victoria Circle (formerly Victoria Transport Interchange), 62 Buckingham Gate, Wellington House, New Bond Street / St George Street, Oriana and 6 Agar Street.
City – advises on major office and hotel development in the City; clients include Aviva, Hermes, Tishman Speyer, Delancey, Union, Mitsubishi and Beltane. Projects include 20 Gresham Street, 110 Fetter Lane, Finsbury Circus House, Warwick Lane, 20 St Mary at Hill and 125 Wood Street.
Islington – advises on office and mixed use retail, hotel and residential schemes in Islington; clients include British Land, Land Securities and Frogmore. Projects include City Forum, Ropemaker Place, 22-25 Finsbury Square and South Place.
