Lloyd is a partner in our West End investment team. He joined in March 2006 he specialises in the office market of the West End and central London. He has responsibility for overseeing the transaction side of the business having previously provided advice and consultancy to a number of private and institutional clients in both a leasing and investment capacity.
Investment experience
20 North Audley Street, W1 - provided acquisition advice on a £54m multi let office and retail purchase for Ivygate Ltd
96 Kensington High Street, W8 - acting for a private investor, acquired a £16m office and retail freehold in an off market transaction
3-5 The Sanctuary, SW1 - sold a long leaseback for the owner occupier of their freehold interest for a sum in the order of £7m
99-125 Kensington High Street, W8 – provided advice to a three party oversees consortium on the off market purchase of a mixed use retail, office and leisure building for £109.5m
1 Millbank, Westminster, SW1 – advised the Church Commissioners on the disposal of three properties forming an island site opposite the Houses of Parliament including a part leaseback for £65m
102-110 Wardour Street,W1 – advised the John Lewis Pension Fund on the acquisition of a mixed retail, office and residential block in the heart of Soho for £9.5m
13-14 Curzon Street,W1 – advised Wyndham Investments Ltd on the acquisition of a single let prime office building in the West End for £15m
14-15 Conduit Street, W1 – advised Kent County Council Superannuation Fund on an off market acquisition of a multi let office and retail property for £12.2m
1 Bessborough Gardens, SW1 – advised CDC on the disposal of a long leasehold interest of a Government occupied building for £30m
10-12 Great Marlborough Street, W1 – sold the Sony Music HQ on behalf of the Church Commissioners for £35m
100 Avenue Road, NW3 – sold a £27.5m office property with ancillary A3 units in Swiss Cottage for the CIT group
Outside of his core geographical market but within the south east, he has acquired a portfolio with a combined value of £36m for an AIM listed vehicle; and has advised on a 100 bedroom hotel pre-let scheme
Leasing experience
In an office agent capacity, he has also advised on over 600,000 sq ft of lettings and office acquisitions in the West End office market acting for clients including Hermes, F&C, CIS, Deka, Bank Paribas, Prudential, Norwich Union and GLG
Lloyd is a member of the RICS RFC Steering Committee and a keen golfer
