Marcus joined Gerald Eve in October 2006 as an investment partner based in the Glasgow office. He provides investment and consultancy advice to a wide range of institutional and property company clients including British Land and Threadneedle.

Orchard Brae House, Edinburgh – £24m office investment sold on behalf of British Land to Paradigm
Retail warehouse portfolio – three retail warehouse parks in Dunfermline, Bognor Regis and Liverpool acquired on behalf of Zurich Assurance for £63m
Anniesland Retail Park, Glasgow – acquired on behalf of Threadneedle for £10.45m
60 Princes Street, Edinburgh – sold on behalf of British Land to a private property company for £10.405m reflecting a yield of 3.94%
88/104 High Street, Ayr – acquired on behalf of private Irish clients for £10.25m
