Human Resources Manager

Mike is the firm’s human resources manager, based in the West End. He reports to the staff partner and is responsible for policy implementation with particular emphasis on reward management – including pensions – employee relations, recruitment and HR information.
Specific experience
Ensuring headcount and structure is maintained to meet client needs and business development strategy, including implementation of recruitment and ancillary reward strategies
Budget management
Communications on all HR issues, including terms and conditions of service
Secretary of the Gerald Eve Staff Pension and Life Assurance Scheme and Administrator for the Gerald Eve Group Personal Pension scheme
In 2003, Mike qualified – with his wife – as a foster carer; subsequently fostering 13 children (though not simultaneously!) in the age ranges five days to eight years, adopting three of them in 2006.
