Mike is one of the firm’s human resources managers, based in the West End. He reports to the Head of HR and is responsible for policy implementation with a particular emphasis on reward management – including pensions – employee relations, recruitment and HR information.
Specific experience
Ensuring headcount and structure is maintained to meet client needs and business development strategy, including implementation of recruitment and ancillary reward strategies
Budget management
Communications on all HR issues, including terms and conditions of service
Administrator to the Gerald Eve Group Personal Pension scheme and Administrator to/member of the Gerald Eve Pensions Committee
Member of the Gerald Eve Health & Safety Committee
