Nicky Visick is an associate in our national investment team based in Leeds. She advises institutional, property companies and private investor clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property investments and developments, predominantly in Yorkshire and the North East. Nicky joined the firm in November 2006 and has previous experience in institutional portfolio valuations in the West End and industrial agency in Yorkshire and the North East, before specialising in investment agency in 2005.

Disposal of multi-let office building in Leeds on behalf of Easter Properties for £1.35m
