Peter Dines

Peter is a partner in our planning and development department, based in the West End. He is both a chartered town planner and chartered surveyor. He advises on a wide range of planning matters and has considerable experience in advising a diverse selection of clients. Peter has had both private and public sector experience, having worked previously for the City of London Corporation and the London Borough of Croydon. Through this experience he is able to appreciate and advise on the planning process at all levels.

Out of town retail, leisure and cinema development

Major commercial and distribution development

Providing advice in respect of development throughout the country for HM Prison Service and the Highways Agency

Retail assessments

Promotion of Development plan policy matters

Acting as an expert witness in public local inquiries and the Lands Tribunal

Advising Central Government in respect of planning related policy matters
