Rebecca is one of our HR Managers based in the West End. In addition to mainstream generalist HR responsibilities, she has primary responsibility for ensuring that graduate recruitment and APC training is carried out effectively, as well as identifying learning and development needs and solutions for everyone in the firm.
Specific experience
Ensuring compliance with the firm’s RICS-approved structured training framework requirements for all graduate trainees
Organising induction and APC training for all graduate trainees
Implementing performance management and development programmes for staff in all offices
Organising our annual graduate trainee recruitment programme, graduate recruitment marketing campaigns and liaising with universities
Rebecca is a member of our professional standards panel, which oversees all training and development issues
