Richard is a partner based in our Cardiff office and advises clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, development sites and property investments throughout South Wales. Typically this involves market analysis, acquisition / disposal strategy, targeted marketing, deal structuring and lease and contract negotiations.

Telelink Park, Swansea Vale – on behalf of DVLA, the acquisition of three new office buildings totalling 110,000 sq ft by way of pre-let and purchase agreements
Jeremy Oils Site, Llanbradach – on behalf of Shell, the sale of a 4.5 acre former oil depot, subject to planning permission for a 75 unit residential scheme
West Carmarthen – on behalf of Carmarthen Estates, development consultancy and agency for a 30 acre optioned residential site, forming part of the West Carmarthen Development Brief area
Ontario Site, Pontypool – on behalf of Lagan Group, the sale and subsequent re-instruction on a 100,000 sq ft warehouse on a 15 acre site, including advice on obtaining planning permission for a 70,000 sq ft B1/B2/B8 unit development
Castle Pill, Milford Haven – on behalf of Shanks, the sale of a 12 acre former waste transfer site in Milford Haven with planning permission for residential / marina use
Meadow Street, Swansea – on behalf of Shanks, the sale of a 3.27 acre former waste transfer site subject to clawback provisions in the event of a residential planning permission
Droitwich Spa – on behalf of Landmarque, the sale of a 0.87 acre former garage site subject to planning for 53 retirement apartments and 16 affordable apartments on a nearby 0.18 acre surrogate site
St Winefrides Cardiff – on behalf of Sisters of the Sacred Hearts, the sale of a 2.5 acre former hospital site for a mixed scheme comprising 108 private apartments, 23 extra care apartments and a 61 bed nursing home
SA1, Swansea – on behalf of Daily Mail & General Trust, the acquisition of a new 20,000 sq ft office building on a pre-let agreement
