Richard joined Gerald Eve in November 2009 as an investment partner following a 22 year career spanning Colliers Erdman Lewis, Richard Ellis and latterly Donaldsons/DTZ. Richard is based in our London office and is responsible for overseeing and developing Gerald Eve’s national investment business across the UK. Day to day he provides investment and consultancy advice across all sectors to a wide range of clients including Legal & General Investment Managers, Canada Life, Aviva, F&C Reit and BlackRock.

Galaxy Portfolio – purchase of £160m mixed retail, retail warehouse, office and logistics portfolio on behalf of Canada Life.
The White Portfolio – disposal of £22m portfolio on behalf of Canada Life.
Covell Wells, Chelmsford – acquisition a subsequent disposal of three prime offices for £60m on behalf of Canada Life.
33/34 High Street, Winchester – acquisition of two high street shops on behalf of Rutley Investors. £2.65m.
FireControl Centre, Fareham – purchase of a bespoke office investment let to The Secretary of State for £22.5m on behalf of Canada Life.
Trinity House, Oxford – purchase of Government let office building on behalf of F&C.
Manor Bakeries, Rugby – acquisition and extension funding of Mr Kipling logistics facility on behalf of F&C.
Midsomer Boulevard, Milton Keynes – disposal of £6m office on behalf of F&C.
Genesis Business Park, Woking – disposal of £23m business park on behalf of BlackRock.
Worthing – acquisition of industrial shed on behalf of BlackRock.
Former M&S, Metro Retail Park, Gateshead – acquisition and subsequent disposal of the former M&S retail Warehouse. Acquired £43m. Sold £49m.
Centurion Retail Park, Doncaster – purchase of retail warehouse park on behalf of Phillips Pension Fund.
DSG, Great West Road, Brentford – purchase of Solus retail warehouse on behalf of Bank of Ireland Pension Fund.
Sheffield – acquisition and subsequent disposal of high street retail unit on behalf of Bank of Ireland Pension Fund. c.£10m.
Leamington Spa – acquisition and subsequent disposal of high street retail unit on behalf of Alanis. c.£10m.
