He has more than 20 years’ experience in the industrial and office markets with particular focus in disposal, acquisition, industrial and office properties and development land. He has provided specialist development advice and agency services to major developers and corporates, both in the UK and abroad.

Actively involved in the marketing of ProLogis Park, Midpoint, Minworth Birmingham on behalf of ProLogis Developments. This is a prime 1.4m sq ft B8 warehouse and distribution development where ProLogis have speculatively built DC3 237,134 sq ft and DC4 313,771 sq ft.

The sale of the Ryton car plant in Coventry, on behalf of Peugeot – 142 acres and 1.5m square feet at a sale price of £59m
The acquisition of the Severn Trent Property Company on behalf of ProLogis, which involved the purchase of a series of sites that could accommodate up to 4m sq ft of buildings – £71.5m
