Simon is head of our Corporate Property Management team based in Milton Keynes and London. He has been with the firm since 2004 and is responsible for property management and strategy for corporate occupier clients.
Simon has acted for occupier clients such as Booker Wholesale, David Lloyd Leisure, Gondola Group, Inbev, Inspired Gaming, La Senza, Marriott Hotels, Whitbread and WH Smith. He has many years experience of senior client side roles before joining Gerald Eve.
Specific experience
Manages 730 site estate in the UK and Ireland for Gondola – Pizza Express, ASK, Zizzi, Byron and other brands.
Mobilisation of contract with WH Smith to manage their 650 site high street portfolio.
Due diligence, audit, and value enhancement projects involving substantial portfolios.
Managed 12m sq ft warehousing portfolio.
Identified alternative use potential of a four-acre warehouse site in the Thames Valley and subsequently managed the marketing and disposal strategy process through to completion – generating a profit of £12m.
