Based in Milton Keynes, Simon is a partner and key member of our corporate property management team. He has been with the firm since 2004 and is responsible for corporate property management and strategy for corporate clients.
Simon has acted for clients such as Pizza Express, ASK Restaurants, Bestway, La Senza, Booker, Inbev and Whitbread. He has many years experience of senior client side roles before joining Gerald Eve.
Specific experience
Currently manages 600 property restaurant estate in the UK and Ireland for Gondola – Pizza Express, ASK, Zizzi and other brands
Currently manages 170 property retail estate in the UK and Ireland for La Senza
Leads due diligence projects and provides advice on major corporate acquisitions and disposals
Managed 12m sq ft warehousing portfolio
Identified alternative use potential of a four-acre warehouse site in the Thames Valley and subsequently managed the marketing and disposal strategy process through to completion – generating a profit of £12m
Negotiated head office lease and investment re-structuring in the East Midlands, extracting a premium of £600,000 from the landlord
