Stephen is a partner in our Leeds office and has worked throughout the North since 1989. He provides general valuation advice to a wide range of clients with particular emphasis on specialist industrial, utilities, energy and infrastructure properties. His experience has encompassed rating, asset valuations, landlord and tenant issues and compulsory purchase matters.

Rating advice in respect of three gas storage facilities in the north east of England and one in Cheshire
Negotiation and resolution of all types of rating appeals including presentation of expert evidence at valuation tribunal – experience includes advice to gas storage, power generating, oil and petrochemical companies
Valuations prepared for financial accounts, audits, sales and purchases for major private sector organisations, industrialists and local authorities
Rent review and lease renewal advice on a wide range of properties including the preparation of expert reports in rent disputes
Appearing at the Lands Tribunal as an expert valuer in connection with the compulsory purchase of a development site in Bradford
