Stephen is a partner based in Leeds and specialises in advising on local authority and leisure properties together with providing general practice advice on commercial property in the Yorkshire and North East regions. His experience is mainly in the provision of valuation advice covering rating, asset valuations, landlord & tenant and compensation.
