Stephenie is a senior planning consultant in our planning and development department based in the West End. Prior to joining Gerald Eve, Stephenie has public sector experience having worked previously at Watford Borough Council and the London Borough of Enfield.
She provides planning advice and prepares planning applications for a wide range of mixed use, commercial and residential development proposals within London and throughout the UK, advising a wide range of corporate clients and landowners.
Specific experience
Planning advice to Sunrise Senior Living on the successful roll-out of care homes for the frail elderly across the South East from initial planning assessment of the acceptability of the proposals through to securing planning permission
Advises on regeneration schemes in central London including retail, commercial, hotel, changes of use, educational and housing proposals involving heritage, land use, design and environmental issues
Planning advice to UNITE on the redevelopment of central London sites for student housing
