   William Saxby

William is a consultant in Gerald Eve’s specialist department, based in the West End. He provides agency, valuation and property advice to many charities and religious organisations. His desire is to use his expertise to work with clients and help them achieve their organisational objectives.

Specific experience
Acted for Ash Mill Developments on projects in Framlingham, Suffolk and Midhurst, West Sussex.

Negotiated a shared accommodation scheme with an adult education institution on behalf of Henrietta Barnett School, Hampstead.

Client project management experience complements Gerald Eve’s planning & development expertise; in particular this will be a very interesting proposition for what can be termed ‘one-off construction clients’ such as charities and other institutions seeking to turn their plans into reality.

William qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1992 and is a RICS qualified project manager. He was recently awarded the RICS faculty prize for his research into bargaining problems and the application of a phenomena known as the ‘prisoners’ dilemma’ to traditional construction procurement. This knowledge is particularly useful to many other negotiating scenarios. He is also a trustee of the Christian Alliance Housing Association and a PCC member of St Paul’s Church Hammersmith.
