Client: Morley Fund Management / Hermes, Gresham Street

Planning permission was secured on behalf of Morley Fund Management for the redevelopment of 20 Gresham Street for a new high quality 22,296 sq m City office building.

The building was designed by Kohn Pederson Fox to respond to the key planning issues including strategic views of St Paul's Cathedral, important local views including those from Guildhall Yard and sensitive archaeology. It also had to take account the new development taking place around the site on Gresham Street and Cheapside together with public realm initiatives in the area including a new open space on Wood Street.

Following the grant of planning permission, the building was bought by Hermes has now been completed.
