Albion Chemicals Group required a full Red Book valuation of it's entire nationwide portfolio for inclusion in it's annual accounts.

The portfolio consisted of nine chemical distribution depots located in a variety of locations throughout the UK.
Alan Hampton, a partner in our Leeds office, met with the Finance Director to establish their requirements and confirm the requisite two-week timescale. Alan co-ordinated the entire valuation exercise using a team of surveyors from six of our nine UK offices.
The report was completed and delivered to the client a day before their deadline. The client was delighted and following the successful completion of the valuation report Gerald Eve has continued working with the Group on other property matters.
