When fast-expanding documentary filmmakers, Atlantic Productions, relocated to a new building in Hammersmith, it appointed Gerald Eve as project manager and contract administrator.

With a small budget and little time before its current lease expired, a design and build procurement route was recommended to ensure that the project achieved a flying start.

Having relatively little experience of the construction process, Atlantic Productions placed its trust in Gerald Eve to prepare and administrate the contract, ensure that the design met its requirements, and control project costs and construction quality.

The new facility was delivered on time and to budget and provided Atlantic Productions with the state-of-the-art editing facilities and modern office space it required.

In providing an integrated service, our rating specialists subsequently worked with Atlantic Productions to help reduce its ongoing rating liabilities whilst our building surveyors negotiated a favourable dilapidations settlement with their previous landlord.
