Gerald Eve was asked to inspect and prepare detailed Schedules of Condition for a portfolio of 64 bingo halls and casinos across the country.
The types of buildings inspected varied from converted cinemas and theatres to modern purpose built halls.
The properties averaged 30,000 sq. ft in size with the largest being a complex, including a cinema and gym with total area of 154,000 sq ft.
Due to the client’s own strict deadline, all inspections and reports had to be completed within one month of receiving instructions.
Through careful co-ordination between our surveyors and the management teams of the individual sites, the project was completed on time to the client’s satisfaction.
