Our building consultancy team were contacted by a large financial training organisation who were considering the freehold purchase of a large college in Woolwich and a primary school in Wantage, Hertfordshire.
Our building surveyors provided advice in respect of the structure and fabric and our in house access consultant provided an Access Audit. In addition, five teams of sub-consultants where involved to provide advice upon the mechanical and electrical services, an asbestos survey, and fire and health and safety risk assessments for the properties.
Our executive summary report was issued within two days of the date of our inspection to ensure that client was aware of the main issues for each property prior to entering negotiations over the sale of the properties.
Our building surveyors took the lead in co-ordinating all of the various sub-consultants in order to produce a single formal report upon all areas of each property, including budget cost advice upon issues arising from each report.
The client has since purchased the properties
