Intesa San Paolo – one of Italy’s largest and oldest high street banks – sought to establish a new UK headquarters location, and with it a modern new look.
Providing an integrated service, Gerald Eve first acted as agent in securing space at the sought-after Paternoster Square development in London. Following our appointment as project managers, Gerald Eve Project Services then worked closely with architect, Sonneman Toon and design and contractor, Interior Integration to deliver an exceptional fit out within the client’s time constraints.
The brief was to integrate cellular and open plan workspace, boardrooms and reception areas in a functional yet contemporary design whilst complementing the modern building.
The result was a stunning office environment characterised by simple and flowing lines and enriched with sumptuous textures, natural material finishes and classic Italian furniture pieces.
