Gerald Eve’s Birmingham office acted on behalf of Norwich Union in respect of their former regional headquarters in Nottingham, totalling 17,083 sq ft. The lease was for a term of 25 years from 26 July 1993, expiring 23 June 2018.
Following comprehensive negotiations the rent was agreed at a nil increase of £136,000 per annum for the following 5 years of the term.
