Gerald Eve LLP is assisting JP Morgan on its new European Headquarters in Canary Wharf. Planning permission was granted in 2009 for the Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners designed scheme which comprises two towers measuring 241m and 191m respectively together with a central link building measuring 80m in height. The total floorspace of the building is 341,924 sq m. This followed earlier permissions
on the site dating back to 2005.
The building is currently under construction and is scheduled for practical completion in 2013.
