Our professional services team acted on behalf of Stratford District Council as landlord and after lengthy negotiations we reached an agreement with Barclay’s agent and increased the rent to £124,500 per annum avoiding entering into court proceeding. This increase shows a staggering increase of circa 3,450% from the passing rent.
