The property is a Premier Inn, with an attached public house. It is situated approximately four miles from Nottingham city centre and located close to the M1 motorway.

Approach
It was our opinion that the Rateable Value of £350,000 was too high so an appeal was served
The results
After an inspection of the property and lengthy negotiations with the Valuation Office, a revised Rateable Value was agreed at £235,000.
