Headed by David Butters, the West End is our head office and the base for the majority of our ancillary and support staff, such as IT, marketing, finance, human resources, research and information functions.
It is also the base for the majority of our professional staff who provide all asset management, consultancy and transactional advice to a broad range of businesses. This might include fledglings through to some of the biggest property owners, occupiers, developers and investors in London and the South East.
In addition to all of the ‘traditional’ property sectors, such as offices, shops and industrial properties, the West End has experts in more specialised properties such as schools, colleges, hospitals, churches, museums, restaurants, bars and quarries.
