Planning, development and regeneration advice is provided to a wide range of private and public sector clients to unlock the potential from land and property assets and to facilitate large regeneration schemes. Recent instructions include securing a development partner for 650 new homes in Cumbria, defensive planning work against a 379 hectare planning application site on the Humber Bank and continued advice in respect of a national hotel chain. The team also provides planning advice to the Gerald Eve Utilities Team, most recently with regard to the new Infrastructure Planning Commission and the new consenting procedure for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
Building Consultancy forms part of a national entity headed by Michael Robinson based in our Manchester Office. The team provides practical advice in a number of areas including project and construction services, design and refurbishment, technical advisory including due diligence, dilapidations, neighbourly matters, maintenance etc and energy, environment and sustainability.
Chris Mulcock, Partner in National Investment, has recently relocated to our Manchester office as part of the continuing expansion of our national investment function. We provide a full range of investment services, providing strategic advice on all aspects of purchases and sales to funds, property companies and private investors.
