Our West Malling office is dedicated to two services - Rates Payment Management Service and Property Management Finance teams.
The Rates Payment Management Service brings together expertise in rating surveying, ICT and rates accounting to introduce financial discipline, efficiency and liquidity to the payment of our clients' rates bills. Led by Lisa Laws, the team is responsible for processing annual rates liabilities of more than £300m for businesses such as BP, Brakes, the Co-operative Group, ITV, Lloyds TSB, Greene King, The Restaurant Group, Spirit Group, Surrey County Council and Whitbread plc.
Our Property Management Finance team meanwhile, collects rents and service charges payments for a variety of landlords. When bad debts arise, they introduce processes of recover, involving liaison with our property management surveyors, the client and the client’s solicitors as necessary.
