Multi-Let is a significant new research project from Gerald Eve, examining the nature and performance of multi-let industrial estates, the current ‘landscape’ of the sector and analysing what drives performance.
Our analysis is based on data from six major investors and institutional funds detailing over 8,400 units and 665 industrial estates.
The research delivers a detailed profile in terms of size and location of properties, lease lengths, void rates, rental level positions and tenant profiles. It also considers historic investment performance information and determines what factors are important to the performance of multi-let industrial estates. The research concludes with an outlook on factors which may affect future market conditions for these types of properties.
