The latest report was release in June 2008 and, as well as key market statistics, this 80-page report also included a detailed study of road congestion and its impact on occupiers, developers and logistics property markets. The next full update is due in mid-2010.
We also publish a bulletin – detailing the headline results including take-up, development completions, stock and availability – every six months between full updates. Spring 2009 is our first bulletin and the next one is due in Autumn 2009.
