Threadneedle Investments has sold Friends Provident House, 13-14 South Parade, Leeds, to Glentrool Estates Group for £5.1m, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.26%

The seven-storey office building totals 26,073 sq ft (2,422 sq m) and is multi-let to tenants including Spring, Children’s Workforce Development Council, Fawley Watson Booth and Giles Insurance Brokers. Leases expire between September 2008 and March 2012, and the annual rent passing totals £337,839. Situated in the heart of the traditional office core of Leeds, the property provides asset management opportunities through continued refurbishment.
