Clients have included Tesco, David Wilson Homes, Scarborough Football Club, Tiger Developments, a number of national restaurant chains and various private landowners.
Stuart will work within Gerald Eve’s 50-strong national planning and development business which operates out of London and Manchester.
His appointment closely follows that of Michael Robinson who has joined Gerald Eve’s Manchester office from CBRE to lead the firm’s national building consultancy team.
Mike Roocroft, partner and head of Gerald Eve’s Manchester office, says: “These appointments are part of the firm’s continuing plans to expand its presence in the North West, both by including new services such as building consultancy and occupational and investment agency, and by extending our existing offer. We are making these positive moves against the market trend, demonstrating our faith in the North West and our confidence in prospects for new business.”
The 20-strong Manchester office provides planning & development, valuation, landlord & tenant, property taxation advice and building consultancy to a range of public and private sector clients, including ITV, Manchester University, Peel Holdings, Tarmac, Unilever and Whitbread.
