Threadneedle has bought a 2,100 sq ft prime retail unit let to 3 Store at 102 Argyle Street, Glasgow for £2.1m from the BA Pension Fund.

The deal reflects a net initial yield of 7%. Ashley Layton of Gerald Eve who advised Threadneedle said: “Since the property has been under offer there has been a significant yield shift and the transaction now looks particularly good value compared to other similar recent transactions”.
