Mitchells & Butlers is the leading operator of managed pubs, bars and restaurants in the UK. Its brands include Harvester, Sizzling Pub Company, Toby Carvery, Vintage Inns and All Bar One
The instruction includes franchised outlets, Hollywood Bowl tenpin bowling centres and a number of unlicensed properties such as the group’s corporate offices.
The instruction is also a win for Gerald Eve’s Rates Payment Management Service team, the country’s largest outsourced ratepayer responsible for managing clients’ rates payments totalling over £650m per annum for over 16,000 properties.
Gerald Eve is the UK’s largest adviser of managed pubs and provides rating advice on more than 4,000 managed houses.
