BP Exploration Operating Co., advised by leading property consultancy Gerald Eve LLP, has signed for 36,600 sq ft (3,400 sq m) of office space in Falkirk in one of the area’s largest recent lettings deals.
The energy company is taking the space at Telereal Trillium’s Antonine House on Callendar Business Park in the town under a new 11-year lease at a rent of £11 per sq ft (£118 per sq m). BP is to use the office to consolidate staff currently based at several separate locations throughout Falkirk.

A spokesperson for BP adds: “This is a positive step forward that allows us to consolidate and upgrade our office facilities and underlines our long-term commitment to the area.”
