We are appointed by NHS Shared Business Services to provide a complete range of Estates Services to Acute Trusts, Ambulance Trusts, Foundation Trusts, Mental Health Trusts and Primary Care Trusts until 31 July 2015 allowing quick, cost effective access to our services without further OJEU Compliant procurement.
Our national NHS team comprises 35 specialists with in depth knowledge and experience of the NHS estate. We are currently working with 23 NHS Trusts to identify cash-releasing efficiency savings and revenue generators.

Experts in NHS leasing structures, we have advised on more than 40 new build primary care and community hospital developments throughout the UK. Procured mainly under LIFT, some are third party schemes and let to the local Primary Care Trusts.
