GERALD EVE STRENGTHENS DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Gerald Eve has strengthened its development consultancy capabilities with the recruitment of Adam Pappini as partner and Tom Marshall as senior associate.

Adam arrives from Deloitte Real Estate, bringing 22 years of development consultancy, procurement and transactions experience advising clients including: Transport for London; Network Rail; London & Continental Railways; University College London; University of the Arts London; The Crown Estate; Grosvenor; NHS Trusts; Peabody; Ministry of Defence; and the British Film Institute.

Most recently, Adam was the lead commercial adviser to High Speed Two, culminating in the appointment of Lendlease as the development partner to deliver over five million sq ft of mixed-use regeneration around Euston station.

In addition, Tom Marshall has also joined from Deloitte Real Estate. With an emphasis on working with public sector organisations to help realise value through the development process, Tom has advised clients including: High Speed Two, Department for Transport and Network Rail on the Euston Estate regeneration; Old Oak & Park Royal Development Corporation; and Transport for London at Earl’s Court.

The arrivals of Adam and Tom are part of Gerald Eve’s continuing investment in its development consultancy capabilities, and follow the recent appointment of Hari Sothinathan as partner, with a view towards expanding the firm’s London and national public sector client base.
