Gerald Eve has further strengthened its industry-leading package of benefits by giving all employees access to the digital health solution Peppy. The firm is the first in the property sector to offer the service.

Peppy gives users the support they need to help them through transformative life moments such as fertility, maternity, new parenthood and menopause, all via a secure mobile app. Offering a range of services – including one-to-one instant messaging with expert practitioners, virtual appointments over video or phone call, live broadcast events, vetted resources and toolkits, and mental wellbeing programmes – Peppy will support employees and their families when they need it most.

Peppy is part of Gerald Eve’s ongoing commitment to supporting the wellbeing and mental health of all its employees, enabling them to achieve their personal and professional goals. While the benefit is available to all employees, as such life events impact everyone, it is anticipated the new service will be of particular benefit to women, helping to further enhance the firm’s ongoing work to improve the diversity and inclusivity of the workplace and wider real estate industry.
