Corporate finance advisory services announced

This service will operate as a stand-alone platform, working closely with Gerald Eve’s capital markets and development teams.

The addition of this partnered initiative will provide Gerald Eve clients with access to a diverse range of best-in-class capital market solutions with enhanced access to equity, joint venture capital and a range of debt solutions.

Peritus Corporate Finance will offer independent advice across the full real estate capital stack, including senior debt, mezzanine, bridging and development finance as well as equity, drawing upon Peritus’ extensive network and established track record in the corporate finance arena. The team at Peritus has been working alongside Gerald Eve for a number of years, with the new venture being a natural progression for both parties.
