New arrival brings association to 16 members across 13 countries
Gerald Eve International has expanded the offering to clients of its international alliance with the arrival of asset consultants Charterfields as an associated firm.
Charterfields, which operates in the UK from offices in London, Manchester and Sheffield, specialises in valuations and related asset management services, covering business assets for financial reporting, insurance, acquisition and disposal purposes. The team acts internationally and the new service lines will complement the offering already provided by Gerald Eve International.
Simon Rees, managing partner at Gerald Eve, said: “Gerald Eve International’s approach to growth has always been to find the right people in the right places, and Charterfields certainly meets these criteria. The firm has a long-established and well-deserved reputation for excellence in the fields of valuation and asset management, and as such its membership of the alliance will offer considerable benefits to clients.”
Gerald Eve International was founded in December 2014 in recognition of increasing pan-European client demand for specialist localised skill-sets to international investors and corporate occupiers across the continent. In October 2015 Gerald Eve strengthened its international reach with the launch of a strategic alliance with US real estate consultancy, Lee & Associates.
Simon Rees added: “International reach is of increasing importance to investors and occupiers, and Gerald Eve International was established as a way of offering best-in-class advice and service in key markets throughout Europe and beyond. After less than a year the alliance is paying considerable dividends, with clients of all firms benefitting from an increased reach and specialist local expertise.”
