Senior management advocate an open door policy to all employees who wish to discuss individual concerns.

We remain transparent at all times, employees receive accurate and timely communications, always based on the latest official guidance (inc. Public Health England and Government).

Our mass communications system ensures employees are kept informed regardless of their location or the severity of the situation.

We have systems and structures in place which enable us to react swiftly and effectively, ensuring projects are prioritised and delivered.

We adopt sensible procedures to client meetings and site visits, liaising with clients for guidance and making use of technology where appropriate.

Teams conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure business critical situations and time sensitive jobs are prioritised.

Technology in place which facilitates agile working and a seamless continuity of service (Skype, mobile phones, laptops).

A central Crisis Management and Business Continuity Team led by the Managing Partner and a committee of senior managers.

The situation is reviewed on a daily basis. We have the ability to flex and change.
