Gerald Eve’s international alliance of independent real estate advisors has been further strengthened with the addition of Denmark’s Nectar Asset Management.
Based in Copenhagen, Nectar Asset Management is a property investment manager and commercial property consultancy, and advises on a combined £700 million of property throughout the UK, Germany and the Nordic countries. Formed in 2010, the firm has 20 specialist advisors.
The addition of Nectar Asset Management brings the number of partners within Gerald Eve’s international alliance to 21. Four other partners have been added this year: Narains of India; 108 AGENCY of the Czech Republic; Dr Lübke & Kelber of Germany; and Tiger Eieindomskompetense of Norway.
Simon Prichard, senior partner at Gerald Eve, said: “The addition of Nectar Asset Management underlines the growing strength of the alliance and the benefit to clients of best-in-class advice across Europe, the USA and India. Real estate is an increasingly global marketplace, and the alliance gives investors, developers, financers and occupiers access to genuinely local knowledge and understanding.”
