Gerald Eve has expanded and strengthened its research capabilities with two new appointments.
Alex Dunn has been recruited as an associate, focusing on the firm’s central London office market research, in addition to other areas. Alex has previously worked for MSCI and arrives from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was head of UK business space research.
In addition, Mikaela Tappa joins as a research analyst. Mikaela was formerly at Wingate White, and will support Steve Sharman on Gerald Eve’s Prime Logistics output.
Steve Sharman, research partner at Gerald Eve, said: “The arrival of Alex and Mikaela, and the expertise they bring with them, is great news for the team and will further enhance the range and depth of the firm’s already award-winning research capabilities.
“Uncertain times such as these bring with them opportunities, but to properly capitalise it is essential to have access to relevant and specialist data. Gerald Eve has always placed a great emphasis on this, and we are committed to offering clients the very best in research and analysis.”
